A Proposition 65 warning is required for products that have any amount of THC in them, which means it is required for us to call out for our full spectrum products such as our Raw Daily CBD Oils and Raw CBD Caps. THC is on the Proposition 65 list because exposure to this chemical during pregnancy may affect the development of the child based on the findings of several animal studies.

Some of the chemicals listed in Proposition 65 are listed because significant exposure can cause cancer, however, in the case of THC, the warning pertains not to cancer but to the possibility of birth defects if a mother is exposed to THC while pregnant.
