Can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled, due to rapid processing times. However, if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to honor your cancellation request. If the order cannot be cancelled for any reason, we’re happy to assist with the returns process upon your order’s arrival.

Subscription renewal orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
